Employee Assistance Program

The Employee Assistance Program (EAP), provided through Comprehensive EAP (CompEAP), offers free, confidential counseling and referral services to you and family members who live with you. When you call the EAP, you’ll always reach a live professional counselor, 24/7.

CompEAP staff includes a highly qualified network of professional counselors, clinical psychologists, social workers, psychiatrists, and skilled researchers who can provide support in a number of ways.

Did You Know?

You can also text CompEAP for assistance. Simply text 781-999-0902 and include a hashtag with the topic you’d like to discuss (#eldercare, #childcare, #financial, #legal or #sleepcoach).

Covered Services

  • Counseling to manage the challenges of daily life
  • Mental health counseling for stress and anxiety, bereavement, addiction, relationship problems, parenting concerns, career issues, and more
  • Referrals for services in your personal life, such as home repairs, moving and relocation services, pet sitters, and more
  • Legal consultation and referral to an attorney who will provide you with a free, 30-minute legal consultation in person or by telephone
  • Childcare and elder care consultations and referrals
  • Financial consultation with a professional financial counselor, for advice on financial topics like budgeting and managing debt
  • Wellness coaches to help you lose weight, eat better, quit smoking, and more
  • Sleep coaching offers up to 3 telephonic coaching sessions, with a nationally certified sleep coach – for immediate access to sleep coaching services, please email sleepcoach@compeap.com
  • Nursing mother assistance, including a consultation with a lactation expert before and after giving birth to or adopting a child

Colleagues Supporting Colleagues
Colleagues Supporting Colleagues (CSC) is a voluntary program to join a community for access to well-being resources, webinars and counselor-led support groups. CSC provides a confidential chance to engage with fellow colleagues who have similar life experiences and a licensed clinician. Leadership and development opportunities are available for employees to be Community Leads.
