It’s now easier than ever to visit the doctor from the comfort and privacy of your own home. Participants enrolled in the BCBS Core, Buy-Up, and Consumer Choice Plan medical plan options have access to two telehealth providers: Well Connection and Firefly Health.
When you use these providers, virtual primary care, urgent care, and mental healthcare will be FREE if you’re enrolled in the Core Plan or Buy-Up Plan and FREE after you meet your deductible if you’re enrolled in the Consumer Choice Plan!
If you receive other types of care or these services refer you to other providers for care, you will incur costs based on the medical plan you’re enrolled in. In addition, if you receive telehealth from a provider other than Well Connection or Firefly your medical plan cost share will apply.
To create your account or schedule an appointment, visit the MyBlue app (available on the App Store and Google Play) or member.bluecrossma.com. If you don’t have an account yet, set one up now so you don’t have to worry about it when you need care.
