In addition to health, wellbeing, and financial benefits, the Company offers the Voluntary Benefits Program through the Benefits4Me Program. The Voluntary Benefits Program includes low-cost insurance protection and discount programs to help you save money on just about everything.

Note: These benefits are not Company-sponsored plans; you will pay the full cost of coverage. However, the Company gives you the opportunity to participate at reasonable rates and, in most cases, you can pay for coverage through convenient payroll deductions.

If you leave the Company, you can take most of these benefits with you.

No one plans to have an accident, but it can happen at any time. Group Voluntary Accident Insurance, from Allstate Benefits®, pays a lump-sum benefit for accidental on- and off-the-job injuries, plus benefits associated with the treatment of the injury. Because accident insurance is supplemental, it pays in addition to other coverage. The coverage can be used on its own or to fill a gap left by other coverage, and the benefits are paid directly to you unless assigned elsewhere. The coverage pays a benefit up to a specified amount for accidental death, dismemberment, dislocation/fracture, hospitalization confinement, intensive care, ambulance service, medical expenses, and more.

Other benefits for accident-related expenses include CT scans and MRI, repair of a broken tooth, lodging for a family member to be with you while you’re hospitalized, transportation expenses for you if traveling more than 50 miles for treatment, follow-up care and physical, occupational, and speech therapy.

The signs pointing to a critical illness are not always clear and may not be preventable, but Group Voluntary Critical Illness Insurance, from Allstate Benefits®, can help offer financial protection in the event you are diagnosed with a covered critical illness. This insurance pays benefits that can be used for non-medical expenses that health insurance might not cover. You select the benefit coverage amount that you want based on your individual need and your budget. If you have covered family members, coverage also provides cash benefits for them. If diagnosed with a covered critical illness – such as heart attack, cancer, or stroke – you will receive a cash benefit based on the percentage payable for the condition. The plan pays supplemental benefits for certain conditions such as advanced Alzheimer’s or Parkinson’s Disease.

Staying healthy? To encourage preventive care, the plan also pays one wellness benefit each year. You’ll get a $75 benefit just for having a screening test, such as a chest X-ray, colonoscopy, Pap smear, mammography, or sampling of blood or tissue to be genetically tested for cancer risk.
